Who’s eligible to submit a poster?

All attendees, especially trainees and early career researchers (undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral trainees, residents, and assistant professors)

When is the poster submission deadline?

The deadline to submit your poster abstract is Friday, October 13, 2023.

How long does the abstract need to be?
Less than 300 words.
Should the poster follow a theme?
We ask that your poster try to follow this year’s DANS theme, but it is not a requirement.
Could I present a poster that I already presented at another conference?

Yes. The goal is to share and discuss your recent findings with other investigators in the field.

Could I present a poster from a registered report?

Yes. The goal is to share and discuss your research with other investigators in the field.

How are poster abstracts submitted?
Please submit poster via the “Submit Your Poster Abstract” button at the top of this page. You will be notified by October 27, 2023 if your poster has been accepted.

When registering for DANS, remember to indicate whether you are presenting a poster.

What size should my poster be?

The maximum poster size accepted is 3 feet high x 4 feet wide.

Where / when should I set up my poster?

You can set your poster up at the beginning of the symposium on Thursday, November 9. Posters will be displayed for the duration of the symposium and can be taken down at the end, on Friday, November 10 in the afternoon.
